Do you replace my in-house team or supplement it?
Either. Some partners offload entire operations to us. Others use us for overflow, after-hours, weekends, or rapid-scale moments. We design the model around your business — not the other way around.
How fast can a team go live?
For overflow voice support, as fast as 48 hours. For full dispatch or restaurant operations integration, typically 1–2 weeks including training, system setup, and a supervised go-live.
Which dispatch and POS systems do you support?
Autocab, iCabbi, Cordic, Cab9, iCabs, CabTreasure, DataMaster on the taxi side. Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat, Toast, Square, Lightspeed and most major POSs on the restaurant side. We can also work inside any custom or in-house tool.
How is pricing structured?
Transparent hourly & weekly rates, no setup fees.
